Northern Home Improvement partnered with Ingham County LandBank this winter/spring to completely gut and remodel two homes located in Lansing. These homes are part of the Neighborhood Stabilization program. These homes are completely remodeled, brought up to code, and made energy efficient then sold to qualifying families. Many of the newly remodeled homes you see in the city of Lansing currently are part of this program.
This particular home we took the house down to bare studs and re-built it from there. Everything you see, vinyl siding, asphalt shingles, bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, tile and wood flooring, vinyl windows, entry doors, etc are all new.
