Curb appeal is one of the deciding factors when it comes to selling a home. This family was looking to create a more appealing front entrance to their brick home. The existing brick and concrete stoop with aluminum rails was too small for this well maintained home. Instead of simply adding a new wood stoop, they decided to go with a little more of a dramatic look with adding a larger front porch with the stairs going off at an angle. This look required for a new walkway to be poured and a new deck frame to be constructed. We topped the frame with a cedar color composite decking and white vinyl rails to math the home trim. This porch created a very appealing front to the home and gave the family a little more room for guests to enter from.
